well not all companies do this...the company i work for only insures company handsets within 72 hours of purchase. And that's whether it was bought from an agent or a corp store. It has to be a company handset only.

:) Oh ninja you make me smile ...I think a truce is SUPER :) Since i work nights I don't have a need to work w/the techs much ..but Doc always answers my questions and lends a helping hand when I ask. whoever you are you obviously are confused. Perhaps in okc you think we don't know our jobs...believe me..most of us in Ohio think the same of you....bottom line is that we aren't on the same page...we have different policies on alot of things...doesn't mean we don't know our job. I have been here a LONG time and if you think I don't know what I'm doing your the idiot...so watch what you say...trying to lump everyone into one catagory...jerk!!! ...

I once had a customer verbally attacking me..you know your a dirty ho,sl*t etc...really nasty stuff.. :evil: I advised him three times to stop..when he continued i said ..Oh yeah well screw you 8O and hung up...good think i didn't get coached !

omg marlene...she once told me she was going to eliminate the pres...I was like OH you shouldn't say that...and ya she goes on and on about her mail being stolen,men want to do bad things to her,her tv or phone is bugged etc etc...geez for real crazy! We finally cancelled Raymond K...he was the biggest a$$hole ever! I hated him!

we have service in 16 states...check for the national maps...and no we have stores in all the states we service...thanks for the welcome...hope we get to stay once the transition is complete :D

So the top story is Dobson going to sell and then they fire wall it so I can't even read the full story BS!!! Why would the company with the best cust care(at least as far as we are still in the good old US of A)sell to att or tmobile ! POOH!
