He was in a hurry to put his screen protector on. I told him to let me do it. He started to peal it off and stick it to the counter. I grabbed it from him and was showing him how to put it on. I said "See all those scratches and ****-stuff I mean stuff" :oops: I stopped and looked at him and said "I am soooo sorry" He laughed and my co worker was bent ...

I am an authorized retailer. If something happens and it messes up the customers account we take care of it. We also take care of other reps screw ups. Customers keep coming back because we are just that awesome. If you ask our customers (we don't even have to) they will tell you how rude corp is and how they refuse to go back. I never blame anything on them to the customer. I try to keep the peace ...

At my store we are very customer service based. We almost always fix other reps screw ups. Customers keep coming back to us and realize they don't want to go anywhere else. I just had a customer that went through walmart and was told wrong information. I sent him back there because I really couldn't do anything. People shouldn't go through walmart. They always come here to have us do the rest of the work. It is frusterating.

I could have sworn I already posted on this thread.. Anyhow. I don't really mind it as long as they don't touch me. I do get tired of guys asking me for my number. I just tell them "I tell you what. You buy a phone from me and I will give you my number". So happy to see when there are female reps. Seems like there are mostly men working where I do.

I was doing a transfer and my hand slipped and hit the cord and the iphone fell. The phone is okay. On the other hand I had to start the transfer over because it disconnected the cord. I can't imagine what would happen if I did break it. 8O By the way.. I was opening some packages we got in and accidentally went a little hard on the box and cut one of the phones ...

At least you are dealing with customer on phone. Anyways we are trying to close the sale. If they are going to go to another carrier and we got them just by saying "We may be able to waive that upgrade fee". So be it. Don't get upset with us. Just waive the upgrade fee :)

I just had my first return and it was a blackberry case. I had already put the screen protector on it so when he brought it the next day.. I don't know I'm still a newbie That is just stupid though. A case? Seriously
