Sounds like you did have back up software or werent using it. Nvbackup is freeware wsorks great and can be stored on ]your card.

I have a treo 650 and my son who is 13 wants one. I think its a great idea. It can help them organize their activities, makes text messaging a snap,. My son has the 2.99 300 messages plan, and if you dont want them to surf the web you can disable that for free by calling your provider.
