does anyone know why our phones do not have it? who's terribly unbright idea was it to give the lesser eternity the java application but not us? does anyone know of an update or patch that may come out soon to give us java? to my understanding it is needed for all the third party applications similar to the g1's and the blackberries correct?

Whenever I lock my phone and do several other things to my phone the screen will automatically dim and when i take it out of lock mode it will remain dimmed instead of brighting back up. also the screen tilt or motion sensor function will stop working all of a sudden and if i turn my phone into portrait style from the previous style or vice versa, it will not swap over. this bugs the crap out ...
widget question
just got this phone and haven't gotten around to manual yet, but does anyone know how to make any program or app on the phone a widget instead of the standard 10 that you have an option of? it only lets me play with time, calendar, background, fm radio, mp3 player, clock, and a few others. i wish to be able to add shortcuts to certain internet sites as widgets or turns other things into widgets. ...

does anyone know if helio phones can be unlocked and if so, is there a way to use them on verizon or sprint networks. also does anyone know if other phones from sprint and verizon can be used on helio's network? i really like sprint's rumor and more so than the ocean. thanks ya'll!

that last statement i equally agree with and sorry for goin off on you, but some in store reps tell these customer the stupidest things that they believe and we have to let them down, lol. i work for sprint which is who i was assuming you might work somewhat for since you said esn and upgrade.

hey, maybe if you sales people on the "front line" would actually tell the customer that there is going to be a 36 dollar handset upgrade fee when they upgrade their phone, we would be a little more willing to help yall out instead of bs-ing ya. but no, yall wouldnt want to do that, cuz it would ruin a sale! yall would rather not tell them so they can call into us crying about HUF and ...
