my level of care is nonexistent... i put in my two weeks... whenever someone comes up i want to tell them to go somewhere else because if i mess something up i won't care and they won't be able to come back and complain to me...

a person at another store just called me to ask if i'd sold one of the new phones we got in... i said yes... and he asked me what it came to with tax because their customer wants to know... uummm... do you have a calculator? i don't freaking remember!

i know, this is so old... but i'm bored and you are too so read it... man comes up, puts his phone down... WATER DAMAGE... there's a lake inside both outer and inner display screens... and guess what, it's never been around water... oh, and guess what else, he's only had it for a month so he should get a new one for free... guess what, it's an out-of-market account (i'm in ohio he was from new mexico) so i ...

I was just "helping" and couple... the man had a newer phone and the woman had an older one. hers wasn't working and they wanted to see if they could get it fixed... (first of all i'm not tech or anything, so i can't fix it) so i check her upgrade date and she's been eligible to upgrade for almost two years, but he upgraded a few months ago so they were still under contract for about the ...

yeah, they ask you, you tell them honestly, and they still get it... if it was me i would be embarrassed to get it; i would order it online... but then again, i would never use it...

jeez that's crazy... some people feel that way about pregnant employees, though... odds are you'll be sick more often, etc, and they don't want to deal with it... just another reason it's hard for women to get ahead.

so i was just talking to this lady about upgrading her phone... her 3 year old was running all around getting her hand prints on everything so she picked her up and put her on the counter. The kid crawled across the glass counter and picked up the enV. they didn't have any money at all :? when it was taking a while to get the credit approval she said "we're going through bankruptcy, does that make a difference?" to which i think "of course it matters! that's what bankruptcy is!!" but somehow it came back approved... they still got my bosses number... if they call and complain i'm going to add all kinds of stuff to their account :twisted: p.s. i wouldn't really do that... but ...

they just came back and bought a phone from me... i wanted to deny them service but then i know they would have called my boss and he's the kinda who doesn't take his employees side ever for any reason at all... but if you weren't satisfied with the service somewhere why would you go back? there are cell places everywhere here! i hate bosses like that :cry:

i hate it when they ask for something, you show it to them, and then they insist on something that does not fall under what they asked for... i get "what is your cheapest phone?" so i pull it out and show it to them and they look into the distance and finally interrupt to say "what about the razr?" :roll:
