It really all depends on where you live. I live in the eastern part of Tennessee and there is little to no coverage for ATT compared to verizon. I also travel alot with my phone as well, and I at one time used to carry around both ATT(Cingular) and verizon, and I would be in more place that I had no coverage with ATT or I maybe just had one bar or none but the name was still showing ...

I would have stayed and not gone to Verizon if they had only came and fixed the tower.
