So, I'm ready to upgrade my two Blackberry phones and have been waiting for T-Mobile to get some of the new Blackberry phones that I see at other carriers. Finally, they do...the Bold 9900 and the Torch 9810. Pretty cool! But wait, the price for the Torch is $249 (w/2-yr contract) and the Bold is $299! Right next door to my T-Mobile store is AT&T selling the same phones for $49 and $199 (w/2-yr contract). ...

Yeah, that's what the CSRs keep telling me...that it's a mistake. However, they still keep showing it after a full week. Seems like at some point they legally have to honor it if they keep advertising it.

I checked my T-Mobile services last Friday (6/12/09) to see what might be of interest. I currently have a plan with unlimited web and 400 messages a month, for $24.99. On the website, there is listed an ACCOUNT LEVEL service offering unlimited web and unlimited messaging for $34.99/month. Now, this is listed as an ACCOUNT LEVEL service, meaning it applies to ALL LINES in your account. But...when I call T-Mobile I get told that this is a ...
