Me...that's EXACTLY my job... I love it! Lower quota, you actually learn all the nuts and bolts of the jobs... You get to do the operations stuff as well as the sales stuff. It's a great stepping stone if you want it to be...and less stress than in the stores. been there, done that. I prefer my warehouse kiosk!!!

Obviously, to you it's easy to say because YOU WERE NOT FIRED for doing exactly the same thing. I guess you dodged the bullet on that one... I would guess that since your contract doesn't change until you swap handsets (physically swap), then you would want to do this first, because if you've already renewed by swapping your equipment, then it would become null and void the way I read it.

AT&T has agreed to settle a suit with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) over early termination charges from 2000-2002. At the time Cingular began aggressively advertising in California and added more subscribers than the network could handle. Obviously, either you ior I am missing something... You are not forced to do business with VZW...it is one of a multitude of options. The stipulation VZW has is you are under a contract. If you don't want a contract, then go where you can get service without it. It may be far inferior, it may not be, but that is your option. It's a business model that works for VZW.

no restocking fees at a Corp store... Not very ethical, but that's your call, not mine. Kinda like women that buy a dress on Friday for an event on Saturday and returning it on Monday. It's done al the time, but not on the up-and-up. But you would only be charged the prorates charges...
