PM8200 Ringtones
Does anybody know how to send a message (ringtone/sound) to the pm8200 and than use the 8200 to save the sound file and set it as a ringtone? Does it have to midi or something else? PLEASE HELP!!! :? :?

I am at gowireless and man I have the hardest time with EROES Fastpath, multi line upgrades will not work you have to do them individually, it took me an hour and half yesterday to do two upgrades on the same account and that was with the Eroes cust. ser. doing one line while I did the other. It sucks!!!!!! DON'T FIX WHAT IS NOT BROKEN. :evil:

FYI Just so everyone knows that this kind of policy is hitting more national cell companies than you might think. So maybe all national companies are trying to get ride of the non-profitable customers and trying to treat the profitable customers better. As a Rep I would like profitable customers not NON-PROFITABLE. :wink:

This does not mean that Cingular is bad because if it was than they would not have over 50 mil. customers, but at the same time it is saying that Cingy needs to improve somethings as a company, not as individuals within it. Sanyo PM8200
I beat the he** out of this and still works great. Cracked outside lcd(still works) and I got it soaked with water and no damage and everything works perfectly still. Heck I even destroyed my antenna and still full bars where I should.
I cant offer my opinion on the newer phones to HOW much I like it but I do think some of the newer ones are better than PM8200.

I would agree, in training they made "us", where I work, take a session on keeping Verizon info quiet until they released the information publicly. You could get in trouble, just keep it on the DL and do not get to specific.

I have sold many of these phones and my friend has one also, neither one of us have had a problem like that nor has my customers. You might want to try and take it back to the store and see if they can exchange it for you, otherwise buy insurance and wait 30 days and than file a claim.

I dont know guys I looked at the pictures for the chocolate that is supposed to come out for verizon and it does not look like the choco to me, it looks like the Razr all over and that is what the article said is that they will call it the Razr K something, I looked at the original choco they have been putting on the internet before and it looked way cooler than the picture they showed here ...

I hate to say it but if the picture is what this phone will look like than the chocolate is way cooler, the picture just looked like another razr to me. :( I think they should have made it slider also like the chocolate. I agree that cingular needs to get those phones at a less cost, I know other carriers that get the Razr V3m for under 250 at cost. I do not know what other pricing is out there.

Those are expensive rates for cellular service. I am assuming that this is prepaid all the way or is the monthly way a contract. I know with other carriers you can pay 59.99 and get 900-1000 minutes and unlimited nights and weekends and even for some, free mobile to mobile.

jokinjezter is correct. Even in my area I get customers that have gone to the Corp. Verizon and they get told wierd things all the time, I dont go and bash them though because I do not go there and I can not say that all of them are bad. There are just bad people in any industry in any company and any where in the world no matter what even in religion.

Yes almost all if not all Corp. Verizon stores will charge to transfer you list unless you bought a phone from them. However there are some places that will not charge you, for example "Go Wireless Verizon".
