You can do any mp3 as a ringer on any of the Verizon Video messeging capable phones, you need to cut the clip down to 30 secs then change the bitrate to 24 kbps and make sure it is mono. Then you change the extension from .mp3 to .mid and then send as an email to your phone at 53555553322@vzwpix.com and you can then choose to save it and use it as a ringer

The phone is constantly either connected to the network or looking for a connection, if you already splurged 400 or more for the treo you must get the right plan, vzw offers a data paln for 44.95 that is unlimited i think its specifically for the treo. This would defiantely solve your problem.

Buy the removable transflash memory card for the phone. You can find em on ebay for pretty cheap. Then what you is connect the card to your pc , you might need a usb card reader to do this(also available on ebay). Then you can download a program to record mp3 clips, I recommend FOCUS MP3 Recorder available for free on download.com . What i do is use the mp3 recorder to record my favorite part of a song. ...

Re: Caller id on the Samsung A670

Actually the way to correct this is to remove the ones that you probably have preceeding the area codes stored into your phone book. example if joes number is 212-555-1212 and you have it stored in phone memory as 1 212-555-1212 it will come as the phone number on caller id. If it is stored as 212- 555 -1212 the caller id will pop up the name joe.
