I would still you to add a line to do this correct? Or else the phone would be 649. Can I do the esn swap on my own via the Verizon website or do I need to call Verizon to get that done?

649 or pay for a data plan when I don't need you. Really those are options for a current loyal customer when a new customer can get it for 299.

No I am not complaining that I have to get a new line, that is what I want to do. Why can't I cancel a data plan and just have a $9.99 fee on the phone that I am not going to use any longer. Are my post really that confusing?

We have 3 lines. One is my wife's and she has an Incredible and hates it. I was going to get her a Iphone. I am not upgrade eligible. Verizon told me these are my choices 1)Add another line. So I called to get the Iphone. Currently a customer with 3 lines and paying $160 a month or so. I am not eligible for upgrade. (my problem) SO I figured I would just add a line to get my wife the Iphone. NO GO. Her incredible must have a data plan so I can't just add a line unless I want to pay $39 for an incredible to sit in the drawer. ...

Will you be able to purchase a Iphone through VZW if you are currently a customer but you are not able for an upgrade?

HTC sync sucks. No support at all and it never works. I have to be able to sync with my outlook on my laptop. Hate to say it but I can't wait to go back to the IPhone as syncing with itunes never fails.

I have and even bought the upgraded Seidio 1750 MAH. Phone would last for days w/o charging and now will not go a day.

So what is it. I have read all the posts and everyone seems to be having the same problem. My phone won't even last a day now and I do not use it that much. Anyone know what is being done to address the issue?

I continue to have issues with Sync. I have uninstalled and re-installed a million times. I get a connection error and won't sync. When it does work it duplicates everything on my computer. Any help, it is getting frustrating.

I have only downloaded the following Advanced task killer wikimobile a few ringtone apps googles stocks find starbucks I added a micro sd card. All I did was plug that in so I do not know Nothing else

Anyone having issues with their phone just shutting off and recycling back on with out touching it?
