If you do a google search for the headline, you can see a Verizon Wireless webpage, but Verizon has removed it. I was able to pull up the cached page. It must have been released prematurely.

Re: No SD Card slot and iffy support
The sad part is.... the One S is barely ONE year old. It was released in April 2012. So the phone was only a year old when they announced it was no longer supported. This was a couple weeks after I purchased mine... That makes me think it will be my last HTC phone. They did the same thing with my Amaze.
Re: Almost, but not quite
Same here...
How do I claim?
I never received any information about this lawsuit, and I should have been part of the class.
Re: Verizon DOES have this already
You are a damn moron. VERIZON IS CURRENTLY OFFERING THIS, IT WAS IN THE NEWSPAPER ON SUNDAY! I JUST SAW IT IN THE MALL 2 DAYS AGO. THE OFFER WAS EXTENDED PAST THE ORIGINAL OCT 31 END DATE.
DOES THE ALL CAPS HELP OUT YOUR CO0MPREHENSION?
You guys need to get over yourselves, and your carrier.
Re: Verizon DOES have this already
Apparently, you're the one with the reading comprehension skills. This is what I said at the bottom of my first post:
"That's an old article, but there was an ad in the paper Sunday marketing it to about 5 different states."
Re: Verizon DOES have this already
OK you're right... So the full-page in the newspaper, the billboards in Texas, the brochures and signs at the kiosks are all hallucinated by me. Plus, the link I provided was completely fake.
Re: Verizon DOES have this already
I said that it was in this Sunday's newspaper being offered to about 5 states, IIRC. It no longer has an expiration date.
I wonder if they'll offer it nationwide now?
Or not, since they don't NEED to compete anymore.... I'm so glad I'm not giving them my money anymore.
Verizon DOES have this already
I'm in Texas, and Verizon offers free talk and text to any mobile for $59.99. I can't remember which markets it's in, but I know it's Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana for sure.
