Samsung A990 Possible Release Date Clue!
I saw a couple pics of the A990 on engadgets website about a week ago and i was just looking at a copy of it i saved to my pc tonight when i noticed something interesting, well take a look for yourself.....

T ake a look at the date on the external screen in blue & yellow in the second picture!
I guess we'll have to wait and see if the date shown has anything to do with the actual release date ...

The Difference between the A970 and the A990 is that the a970 is a phone with a 2 megapixel camera and the A990 is %50 phone & %50 camera not to mention thiers not another carrier in the U.S. and possibly in the world with a 3.2 megapixel or higher camera phone! Highest priced phone VZW has ever sold but the A990 will replace my 9800 in my pocket i'll tell you that much!
Huge, Crappy Screen & Expensive!
For $300 you get a piece of Crap. The Screen itself is an absolute turn off, for the money your getting ripped off hardcore!
If you want the features of this phone plus alot better screen and more feartures your far better off buying a PDA phone like the Q, Treo, XV6700, Samsung I730 Etc.

to be completely honest i believe a company buying out someone else's contract is against the law.
I highly doubt that any company would buy out someone else's contract and if so all your doing is letting a crappy company buy your contract then you become stuck with a crappy company, why else would a company be willing to buy your contract out other than they suck and they can't get your business any other way.

Moto Q...How Fast?!
Ok so i've come across this question a number of times and i was able to pry the answer out of Moto.
The processor speed of the Moto Q is 313 Mhz.
Not sure why this is absolutely nowhere in the manual, in reviews, etc. i myself think the processor speed is something important (atleast to me) and i have to say i'm a bit disappointed, i would've hoped for 400+ but hopefully with the windows mobile 5.0 Smartphone software it ...

yes it is possible to setup dual nam with VZW and yes you can do post pay/prepay but i'm not sure what pagplus is or how it comes into play, you will just have to let vzw know you are setting up your phone for dual nam functionality, dual nam option is kinda useless though because you have to switch between the nams manually and only one ph# would be active at any given time.

Motorola Phones Suck!!!
The last motorola phone that deserved to have the name motorola on it was the timeport/startac and that was a long time ago... it was very well made good reception,good features,overall was a good strong dependable phone. whatever they did in manufacturing or whatever the change since that phone was made has plummeted into oblivion!

i haven't read a whole lot of reviews about the lg vx9800 but i own it and it's the best phone from any manufaturer i've ever owned and i've had 10 to 15 phones over the past 13 years and i would very highly recommend it. hell give it 15 days and see for yourself.

if your interested in good deals on service (employee discount) and you want to make some good money including bonuses, 401k profit sharing, short term and long term incentives, have good benefits, and have your customer care experience mean something think about working for VZW it can be hard to get a job sometimes because vzw looks/wants the best of the best but it's well worth it and you won't regret it! not to mention there's not another wireless ...

Here's an idea for you switch to VZW on there #34.99 300min pk unlimited n&w and nationwide coverage no roam or long distance charges within the 50 us states, & puerto rico & vzw won't bitch about you not having a high enough plan when you want to upgrade. the $34.99 is an unadvertised plan that is available by request.

Well SBC was stupid enough to change to AT&T will they be stupid enough to change Cingular to the AT&T name? only time will tell.... Maybe they'll repeat history and destroy the company(s) and kill the AT&T name once and for all. Last time i checked the AT&T name didn't mean s**t and to think they can buy a name and it will make them look/sound like a better company is ludicrus.

down the road hopefully sooner than later VZW's network won't be the only thing that'll be the best of the best but so will it's phones, i've read a couple different articles recently stating that vzw will start playing the phone game and offering (luring) customers with cooler/coolest phones.
honestly the most important thing about any service is the quality but some people (crazy as it may sound) care more about the cool factor of phones (ie. razr, slvr, etc.) ...

When Sprint first started selling their service at radio shack they were pretty much buying radio shack and their employees loyalty to sell their phones by having so called meetings where sprint rented out sports parks, theaters, laser ...

last time i checked cingular carries alot of the same brand phones as verizon wireless does so to say one carrier has better made phones than another carrier is a bunch of BS, i know for a fact that cingular phones have alot of technical problems just like anyone else.

FYI A CEO of any company can make or break a company!
Len Roberts made Radio Shack a much better company when he became CEO and apparently he may have broken the company too.
Think about that.
P.S. If Radio Shack wants to become the company it once was or possibly a better one they need to train and treat there employees alot better, and maybe even consider being somewhat competitive price wise.
