Good point, because here in SW FL. ATT has terrible reception (hence no HSDPA), compared to the EVDO carriers.

I for one am anxiously awaiting this phone. I have two quick questions: Will this device stream the sound from Sprint TV/Radio to my stereo bluetooth headphones? Is the MP3 UI easier/faster to use than the than the Upstage? Too much scrolling to find a song. Thankx,

It's simple folks. This is a great device and I can't wait to get mine on Nov. 4. It's true that the I-phone is not in the same class. The I-Phone is found in the Toy Department. The Touch is in the Electronics Dept. This is a serious device with twice the functionality of anything ATT offers, Live Streaming TV for instance. I am getting this phone and after I get it, I will post ...

I may be wrong, but I believe any data plan qualifies for the rebate, so you are only looking at an extra $15 to $25 bucks a month. Go for it! I can't wait to get mine.

Heres a good reason: Nobody has been screaming at me about their bill all day, so, I'm not already in a bad mood when they get here. By the way, I have over 1500 accessories for all types of phones. Not including about 20 different bluetooth devices. In case you didn't know, they are made in the same country, ...

Sorry supremecellclerk, I was only trying to point out that your statement was completly incorrect. Precash doesnt charge anyone but the retailer. Oh, and if you are a third party also, according to you, ALL of them in your area are greedy. Therefore, you too are greedy, according to your flawed logic. Also, if you are third party, you dont do warrenty issues, so you dont ALWAYS, as you say, take care of your customers. Next time ...

I have tried in vain since day one to work with Ampd. My store sold aver 100 new accounts for them. Lefty, you dont know what you are talking about. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with in this industry. Check my profile, I deal with them all! And if they had a profile on the BBB nobody would have ever signed up. Sure, This phone has a very loud speaker and you can talk on the phone with the wallet closed. But why pay the premium price for a music phone if thats not your intent to use the features.

You answer is like this. You can pick any phone Alltel offers. You can purchase it at one of two prices. The nice low contract extension price, or the Suggested Retail Price. No contract, no discount. Now, if you have insurance and pay the deductable, Alltel will replace your lost phone with the same or comparable model. This is the only scenario where you wouldnt have a choice as to what phone you get. If you insured a Cavalier, ...

Well, I must disagree with you on this one. I have this phone and have not had a minutes trouble. I use the music player alot, and the wallet works great. Battery life is great with it, not so great without. This phone does exactly what it was designed to do. It isn't designed for texting, so if thats your thing, look else where. It does play music extremely well from a sound standpoint. I use Plantronics 590s (BT ...

Try Sendglobal.com. You can call to a mobile for 18.5 cents to 21.9 cents per minute and to a fixed line for only 2.9 cents a minute. You wont find any international family plans period. Cheers.

Another thing to point out is that only outgoing calls are charged to you. America is the only place that charges you for incomming AND outgoing.

Upstage Battery life

Let me clear something up here for all the naysayers who are already accusing this unreleased device of poor battery life. I have held a working model of this phone in my hands and talked with the Samsung Rep who was using it in beta and gave us a complete presentation on this phone. The battery life on this new phone was told to be up to 16 hours of music use. 3 to 3.5 hours of talk time. Way ...
