Re: So since many of us HATED this phone after a few months...
I can't speak for others, but in my case, a LARGE factor in staying with Verizon is "In Calling".
Unless I were to convince all of my family, my business partners, and friends to switch as well, I just can't see giving up unlimited free calls to those people (seriously, almost everyone I call is on Verizon).
I'm sure it makes up for Verizon's more expensive plan (in my case at least).
DONE!
WOOT!
Finally got through...
I think this Q thing has just exploded Verizon's service. When I called, I kept being told that due to incresed demand, wait times were significantly longer.
Then I was told to expect that all online orders would take an additional day or two to process due to "unusually high order volume".
Anyhow... Whew, glad to get that out of the way!
:D
HELP!
Has anyone else had any luck getting through today (ie. completed an order)?
I cannont complete any order due to the fact I get bumped to the standard VZW shop after clicking "I Agree" to the Customer Service Agreement.
If it's a global (not just me) issue, I'll stop trying for a while.
Thanks,

Man, does the exchange site S-U-C-K!
I've been trying to put an order through for 5 hours now:
Weird "Server SQL" errors
"An error has occured during the processing of your request" errors.
Gettting booted back to the beginning after making selections.
Pages "hanging" on load.
Pages reloading as if a selection wasn't made (when it was).
Getting booted to the "standard" VZW page ("Please enter your ZIP code/Promotional Code") after clicking "accept" for the TOS.
and
Getting stuck at "processing transaction" for 45 minutes after ALMOST making it all the way through.

Re: Lost my v710 before the settlement... am I SOL?
M3PO, that's a great suggestion, and I would second it.
Spend $20 to get $300!

Although surprisingly, it has yet to show up in the "settlement store".
Re: is settlement date received or mailed?
My statement says:
You must return the accompanying form along with the Motorola V710 phone and accessories by (date). Equipment received after this date will not be processed.
I would read that as saying they want it in-hand by the date listed.
