The issue with T-Mobile is they have no idea what to do at this point, so all they're trying to do is grab as many customers as they can. And as far as charging full price for phones, good luck with that. Our customers argue an $18 upgrade fee to the death or a $15 mobile number change fee. The wound is so open they can't stop the bleeding...if the merger doesn't go through TMO USA ...

Deleting multiple messages on BlackBerry

I have seen many people complaining about not being able to delete multiple messages/call logs on BB's. 2 ways to do this: 1. Highlight the date bar in the folder and click menu, then delete prior. It will delete everything in that folder prior to that date,. or 2. Hold caps lock and highlight, click menu then delete messages. Hope this helps clear up some of the 'cons' people are throwing out about the devices.

Haha, I've been in cell phone sales for about 4 years and have to say I have very rarely lied to a customer. Sales is all about stretching the truth, no one NEEDS what you're selling half the time, but you have to make it sound like they do. But I'm ok with being a souless demon

I agree, but I am wondering how this will work for all of their customers, eg. prime 2 year, upgrades, and FlexPay accounts. I want to use my girlfriends account upgrade to get the new 8900 when it comes out, and it would really help to be able to pay say $100 a month for a few months rather than shell it out all at once.
