Totally agree with you guys, total waste of time and money...and customers. This kind of behavior (back and forth) shows instability and lack of confidence. Why spent so many billions securing the name Cingular and now from all of sudden rename it after a failed brand. AT&T sunk and Cingular emerged....now lets kill Cingular, shoot Jack and let's bring back Oldsmobile....i mean AT&T :x

As a former Cellular One and Cingular Wireless employee i assure you...AT&T is CHAOS. Working for the "orange" company was soo much better than the "blue" company. Everything was going so well now here it comes again, lets Re-Crap the company again. I already experienced the transition from "blue" to "orange" and im already browsing other carriers 'cuz i wont be there for this internal disaster again. I pity my friends and ex work buddies that still in there ...
AT&T name sucks!
I hate AT&T brand name...sounds like grampa...Cingular and Jack was cool...thats what kept me as loyal customer for years....guess what....not anymore! ive been as month to month out of contract...and thank God i am. I will cancel my contract as soon that stupid AT&T logo appears. :x
