no it will not take 2-3 cycles to see the credit for the handset. you will pay the difference of the price in store and the restocking fee but that is all. any corporate store should be able to handle this.

Unfortunately the Pre is the only way you would be able to get the roaming only option. I don't forsee any of our new phones coming with the ability to force roaming due to costs associated with the roaming.

Is your current phone set to automatic? If not this needs to be selected to receive a roaming signal. I live in a roaming area myself and even though i will drop calls here and there the majority of them should go through. the pre option does work it is a 3rd party app and should not affect anything else.

you should be able to keep it with a blackberry but not the instinct. depends on what type of phone you have now. no on the pre as well.

in no way should you not have to pay the termination fee. that is what a trial period is for. if it didnt work in the first place why would you keep it?

For the most part your post is correct. however you cannot have 2 sets of the same plan on the same account. the reason for my response is i have been dealing with a customer that tried just that. cust care put him on 2 3000 minute plans and all ten lines shared from one plan causing huge overages and headaches.

Wow lol....Over the last few years Sprint has Expanded their network at a rapid pace, they are on track to release Qchat,Wimax, and have plenty of phones in the pipeline. I'm not sure what maps you are looking at...lol but their coverage is second to none. I love how so many posters act like they know something about business, and post like Sprint is going out of business and their towers are soon to be possibly turning off. (LMAO) Anyways not ...

You have to pay because they are valid charges. Why would you expect Verizon to credit charges that were obviously not their fault?

usually this works. the reason you have to fax that info is because alls you would have to do is change your billing address to get out of paying the ETF

I understand why you would be leary of customer care. but there shouldnt be a problem as long as you live outside of the service area. retention department may be a better department to talk to so that they can resolve your issue if cc does not come through

if there is a corporate store in the area (which there probably isn't) i would go and talk to a store rep and let them know your problems. how much time is left on your contract?

Tried that. Not approved for enough lines. If this account was in P2k it would be possible but since we have been blessed with Ensemble it will not. What gives? Makes absolutely no sense to me.

I originally set him up with 5 lines on a 3000 min plan and 5 lines on a 2100 min plan. even though he wanted 2 3000 min plans because i figured this would happen. Anyways he called cust care a few days after activating and had asked if he could switch all phones to 3000 min and they said yes so he went ahead and switched it. so i never got the chance to find out if my ...

I have a customer who has 10 lines of service and wants to have 2 3000 minute family plans to split the 10 lines up. Problem is system does not recognize which phones go to which plan so all of the phones are sharing off of 1 3000 minute package. Customer care told me that cust would have to sign additional lines on individual plans for it to work. This cannot be the only sprint customer that needs 10 ...

Anything Sanyo will give you the best reception. If you do not need all the bells and whistles I would recommend the Sanyo 7050. Probably the best phone Sprint has reception wise.

Get your own damn account first off. choose a phone that you will not hate in less than a year. phones change frequently. if you dont like it be prepared to pay full price for a phone that you want if your not eligible for rebates. Sprint owes you nothing!
