Chiming in here...
The epic screen isnt SLIGHTLY better.. its WORLDS better. As in not even in the same BALLPARK better.
And the EVO has a higher MP camera, but so far I MUCH prefer the Epics actual camera interface. Many more options for shooting styles, anti shake, panorama pics, ISO settings, Smile detection, etc. etc.

I would go w the plantronics voyager PRO.
Its the only HS I have used thats been LOUD.. every other HS ive ever used (jawbone, motorola, bluant), Ive had to keep the volume ALL the way up.. the Plantronics, I keep down at least 2 or 3 notches most of the time.

This is just like the MY STUFF menu on EVERY other sprint Dumbphone.. its the stuff that you download from sprint (java apps, etc.), Im not sure why you felt it was so utterly confusing in this particular phone.

WHY should it be cheaper?? I would argue that it should be MORE expensive, to get the most money they can out of you, since you can up and leave at any time you feel like it.

it means your credit wasnt good enough to give you free reign to run up a thousand dollar bill.
Once your bill gets to your spending limit (usually because people dont pay the full balance by the due date, and next months bill adds to the current month), your service gets suspended until you pay it back under your SL.
Other things that impact your spending limit:
Content purchases (games, ringers, etc)
International calls/text
Minute/Text overages
411 calls

I think its fantastic.. pay your bill on time and your SL doesnt get you shut off, this is a super simple way to make that happen

AS much as I agree with the other posters, yes you WILL have to change your plan to go to the hero..
HOWEVER..
Sometimes its not as big of a change as it seems at first glance.
Give us the details of your plan and we can tell you what the change would run you... we sprint bunch can be pretty ingenious with plan bundlings.. what with Business Advantage plans being interchangable now..

You want an iPhone, you get the iPhone data add-on (which doesnt include text), you want a Pre/Moment/Hero, you get the plan capable of handling it... period end of story.
