see the thing with that is, you get charged for EE. I didn't know this until my friend tried it and I personally didn't think it would use EE. Well he's bill was $300 and 260 from just EE alone. :lol: So we tested it again and when you connect you have to enter in a # to dial which goes thru the EE... I got a laugh outta that everytime.

Customers say amazing things out of anger. But this is why I make copies of what they need to send in, so they don't come back saying something about not getting the copies.

i have to agree, Kyocera phones are nothing but headaches. Even the remix, what's the point of having a MP3 player phone w/ a memory slot when you can't even transfer PC to phone.

seriously the phone is a POS. Never had so many complaints and problems with any other phone. The most common is the battery and then the charger. When u plug the charger in the phone just blinks on and off.

i thought u were talking about working for an agent or retail. That really does suck, but it wasn't unexpected. Considering every corporate sooner or later is just going to see numbers. I haven't had any problems w/ USC. And they have yet to screw me over, so it was probably just you. Then again I work at a Agent location not corporate so maybe it's different?

Krickt has it right. The software isn't faulty at all. It's actually cause USC wants the customers to use EE instead of transfering the songs from PC to phone. I know the software isn't faulty cause when we got the phone in we played around w/ the phone.

Maybe it's just where I live and work, but I'd have to say every race expects something free. It's typical of people this day and age and it's not just certain races. To be honest white people are more to expect things free at this store. So like I said it's not just one race tho, that's just an overstatment.

but that would basically mean he would have to pay full retail price for the sidekick 3 then. Since he just started his contract, I don't know Tmobile's policy on upgrades, but most won't give you the discount price unless you do a renewal or new.

Just cause your on a nationwide plan doesn't mean, you can use all your minutes for 3 months straight in a roaming area. All companies don't have towers in every state and that means they pay the other carrier to use their tower. So which means if they are roaming on another networks tower for about 3 months, they will let the user go.

if you have the nationwife plan, use most of your minutes outside the local area. If you you more minutes outside of your local area, they are losing more money so they will let you out.
