call quality
I was really hoping to hear something about call quality in Eric's review. CNET said it didn't sound too good. Another UK review said it was OKAY. So what does Eric think? Can we look forward to a full review?

5 reasons why I stick with T-Mobile
Customer Service is really, really good. T-Mobile thanks you for being a customer since so and so when you call them up. And they actually sound like they mean it.
My plan is great, 39.99 for 1000 anytime minutes, plus unlimited nights and weekends. That plan has since gone away but reappears as a promotion from time to time. Have you ever seen a plan this good from the other Big 3?

Plain old mp3 seems to work fine. I downloaded an mp3 to the phone and was able to set it as a ringtone with no problem or need to change the name of the file to .3gp
Re: t509 v. e635 on t-mobile??
The T509 has a lot of nice features except call quality is really poor. The e635 is my current phone until the T629 comes out. I'm really pleased with the e635 so far. It's also much more comfortable to hold than the T509.

I think the T629 is the same phone as the Ultra Edition 12.9 (so 12.9mm). I think the T519 is the same thing as the Ultra Edition 6.9 (so 6.9mm).

The number one reason to buy from T-mobile is that you can easily return it when you realize you paid $550 for a one year old phone that sells from FREE to $500US dollars (depending on plan) at T-Mobile UK.
Samsung t709 wi-fi coming out in Q2 but has anyone tried it?
So the the Samsung t709 is coming out in Q2 (that leaves June I guess?). Have any T-mobile people got their hands on it? If so, how does the whole UMA thing work?
