I don't think you can, as all music from Verizon's VCast service is digitally right protected. And I don't think the format is mp3. The SK3 only plays mp3.

I ALREADY confirmed it with you in a previous reply -- you CANNOT use a Sidekick with Cingular for anything other than phone calls and maybe SMS. Danger's data services can only be accessed via T-Mobile.

Only voice calls and SMS will work. You have to have a Sidekick plan for the web and AIM to work. Since Cingular doesn't sell the SK, they won't have a SK plan.

He said "unbranded and unlocked" and those two terms are used to describe GSM phones not tied to any particular carrier. While you can technically activate a CDMA handset with another carrier, it's not common practice and people who KNOW phones don't call it "unlocked." And the phone would ALWAYS be branded.
