I owned an T809 and sent it back. The 629 Bluetooth works! It also adds voice dialing capability which the 809 lacked. The T629 doesn't make it difficult or impossible to use mp3's as ringtones. You do not have to rename them. This phone is really just the sucessor to the 809.

The T629 will vibrate three times, then start ringing. It is one of the weak points I noticed with the ring options.

:( After less than a week of use, I had to return the phone. I loved it, but couldn't live with it's shortcomings. A phone in this class without voice dialing is DISAPOINTING.
