Off work after a 2 hour bridge call with IT regarding the escalated iphone upgrade error override procedure.
Why is it Customer Services problem when stores can't use there systems and report correctly?
Why can't our system admins paste the correct URL on a form link?
why is it taking IT +2 hour to fix.

11. Be sure to ask them to "note the account" for the cancellation, and secure some kind of confirmation/cancellation number. Wouldn't to go through all that work only to find a rep lied to you just to get you off the line.

you may never be flagged. I have a medaimax on my 8125 & E62 and havn't stopped working. the longest i've heard was an account that had a mediaworks plan from 2004 and had been given 3 exception upgrades in that time 9300,ipaq, then blackjack before it stopped working for him, but i don't know for sure because your tethering... seem like tethering never works without a plan, so you sould be in the clear indefinly

I've heard more than my fair share of ppl with "billing issues" whoever's fault it may have been. point is he isn't with verizon anymore, so don't be a verizon fanboy skiffy, your very happy with your coverage i'm sure... unless you would like to remark on the coverage area of verizon in the newyork,newjersey, newark area. that i am curious about.

he wasn't asking a billing question and yeah it is off topic, anyway att/cingular has pretty solid coverage in new york & new jersey but in newark your going to slip into the GSM Partnership area and may lose some quality.
