For those of you finding the audacity program hard to use, here is another site that allows you to crop your mp3 files, and it saves it in a file that is readable by the u620. http://www.mytinyphone.com/p/make-ringtone/

How do you turn off the ascending ringtone? am i doing it wrong? menu -> settings -> profiles -> (my set profile) -> customize -> incoming call alert -> Ringing. Please help, i can barely hear my phone until the last few seconds.

Is the maximun amount of storage transflash you can get 512? cause i saw some 1 gigs out there.
