No he or she is not correct in what they are doing, they should not be participating in threads on public forums getting people riled up about true or false claims. The best way to handle this is to not give validity to ANY CLAIMS true or false, if someone says US Cellular is going to do this or that, usccindiana should not be freaking out whether its true or false, making a big deal about it, all they ...

What I mean is, quit over reacting about things. People know what they are supposed to say, and not supposed to say, dont BRING attention to the information. If someone says I heard were getting this and that, dont go replying with DONT SHARE THIS INFORMATION BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH. Ignore it and maybe the thread will die and no more info will get shared. But freaking out you only bring validity to their comment.

I work for an agent and we seem to be better than the surrounding corp stores in terms of Customer service. We get complaints about the nearby corp store, and about how they are rude idiots. We recently got a credit for a customer who went over his plan by almost 700 minutes. He complained and we told him it was legit, but would see what we could do. We ended up getting him about $300.00 in credits dropping his ...

The 260 can, but from what I tried the 565 says Un supported. May have been the song, but I know on the 260 we x-fered a Song and a picture!

You think thats bad? The local centennial office told one of our new customers US Cellular does not work out of state. I had to let the customer know we have a true national plan, unlike centennial that has a national plan which roaming all over the place. Whoever told the customer we didnt work out of state sh9uld quit trying to sell out service. Centennial's a joke... Anyways, when did people start bashing their comptition on national TV? I ...

I have the ROKR and I love it. Had the V9m(razr2) and liked it, but I really really like the ROKR more. The top load for the SD is nice, plus US Cellular included the USB cord for free, and a 512mb memory card. Compared to the r2, the ROKR is not as fingerprinty, the razr looked like a crime scene had just been dusted, compared to the rokr, which really isnt as shiny. ROKR > RAZR2

I work for WPI Cellular in Indiana and I love my Job. I have been here for over 2 years now since we opened up stores in Indiana. I know for full time they offer -Excellent pay -Health Benefits -Agent Phone Lines -401k -Vacation, sick and personal time -a great bunch of people to work for, and with! Also Illinois has been up longer and were over 50 stores between the 2 states! 14 in indiana I think

Is the Rokr's screen much smaller than the extrernal on the razr2? I have the razr 2 now but my 7 key is defective, Im considering changing to the ROKR. If I could do everything through the razr2 with it closed I would be happy, which makes me think id like the rokr, as long as everythings the same minus the clamshell and the touch sensitivity.

I remember a year and a half or so ago when texting was $.10 a msg, no one threw a fit at our stores when it went up. At least we still have the free inc txt.
