I totally agree. I would check the date that you started service in 1999, because until that date, it has not been 10 yrs and you would not have premier status. Once that date comes around it should be placed on your account.

You must meet 1 of 3 qualifications: 1. Individual Rate Plan: $69.99 MRC or higher 2. Shared Rate Plan: $129.99 MRC or higher 3. Tenure as a Sprint Customer: 10 years You must have 6 months of service with Sprint. A 3 month avg. meeting the Individual or Shared Plan requirements above. You don't have to be on one of the newer plans to qualify, you simply need to meet the MRC requirements above.

I have read that it was 30,000 employees. From Foxnews James Marcum, vice chairman and acting president and chief executive officer, said in a statement. “Regrettably for the more than 30,000 employees of Circuit City and our loyal customers, we were unable to reach an agreement with our creditors and lenders to structure a going-concern transaction in the limited timeframe available, and so this is the only possible path for our company."

This flaw is accessed through the dialpad when the phone is locked. Since the ipod touch does not have a dialpad for making calls, it will not be affected.

Re: Will the Everything Plan be required to purchase this phone?

in the Samsung Instinct M800 forum

According to the new brochures, it says that the instinct is available on any of the Everything (450, 900, Unlimited for individual or 1500, 3000 family) plans or the Talk/Message/Direct Connect (450, 900, Unlimited individual and 1500, 3000 family) plans. This only leaves the individual 450 and 900 min voice only and the 700 min voice only shared plan as the plans that you will not be able to add it on to.

in the Sprint forum

The April 16th dealer launch conference call had a blackberry rep that stated that the phone would be available within the next launch window (Apr 20- June 14th), however, she did not give an exact date. In the powerpoint that followed along with the call there is a slide with the curve that says Launch Date: Coming Soon and Price: TBD. Later on in the presentation, with the flat rate business pricing it does give a price but, still ...

in the Article: Sanyo's First Direct Connect Phones Approved By FCC forum

With Sanyo's handset division recently being sold to Kyocera, I am surprised that they are still launching phones. I have heard about the pro series for a long time now but, didn't think it would still be released since the division had been sold. Right now, our stores haven't been able to order several of Sanyo's handsets and have been told that we won't ever receive some of these phones (7050, Katana II pink,) because Sanyo is not making ...

That's funny our packet with new phone launches says it has a 1.3 megapixel camera. You'll have to write a review when you get it. Did he say if it has the memory card like this says? I'm really thinking about getting it, these we're the features they needed to add for me to get a blackberry.

VZW and Sprint's 8703e different?
Sep 29, 2006, 12:04 PM
in the BlackBerry 8703e forum

Everybody is talking about the lack of camera and memory card slot, I got some info on ours, the Sprint version, and it's showing a 1.3 MegaPixel camera and a micro-SD card slot. I'm excited to see this phone they've finally added exactly what I wanted.

Randomly Turning Off
Sep 15, 2006, 1:22 PM
in the HP iPAQ hw6510 / hw6515 forum

I was wanting to see if anyone has had problems with this phone just turning itself off. It will just power off and I have to remove the battery to restart it, which takes forever. At first, I thought that the battery compartment cover was just coming loose but, I have sat there and had the phone on a table and watched it turn off. Is there any kind of software upgrade that fixes this? Thanks

I just had this guy come by, I ask him, "Is there anything I can help you with today?" He replies, "Yes." So, I'm standing there waiting for him to let me know how I can help him. Yep, alone all day. I was having a problem with my contact too. It was bothering me so bad, luckily my roomate works in the mall and he brought me a contact case and my glasses. I would really say that they have to let you go. I think that somehow the kiosks get away with stuff a store never would. They are switching over in a sense, let me give you what has happened with our stores. We are owned by a company called cellular world, we used to operate under the Sprint affiliate Alamosa. Alamosa was bought out by Sprint in January (I believe, I can't recall exactly). We now get our phones from Sprint and follow all of Sprint's guidelines. We are still 3rd party owned by same company as before. Hope this helps to answer your ...

Apparently, people think there's a new cell phone company called Julio. The customer asks if I have seen Julio. I thought he meant he was looking for someone and asked if I had seen them. I say I don't know Julio. Customer asks if I have Julio's phone, again, I don't know Julio. He then starts talking about the myspace phone and I figured out that he meant Helio. I also had a request for the kickback phone. !Everyone ...

I have had the same thing. They transferred me to retentions after about the same process. I just wanted them to transfer me to business accts. I wish I had a direct # for Sprint tech support. Sometimes the rep tries to help you out with it but, then they'll say that's all I can do, would you like me to transfer you to tech. support.

That's probably not the issue, I know that they'll do that, but people get on here all the time asking how they can get out of their contract. If there isn't service then call, give them the address and if they can't give you service there, they probably won't hit you with the ETF. If you're just wanting out of a contract, pay the fee, you're given the option on getting out of the contract by paying the ETF.
