Needing to change to a new wireless courier I visited a local Verizon store. Employee offered me a promotion promising lower monthly bills, credit for trade in on three phones, and that my last bill with other courier would be paid. This was December 30,2015 when this all started and I'm still working on getting the credit for the phones that were sent in and to get my last bill from other courier paid off. ...
