All patent holding firms do is buy up patents and then sue companies to make money. They stifle the industry and its creativity - from software to electronics to gizmos to engineering designs, etc. It's as bad as companies who by up book rights to keep the books from ever been published. It just seems ridiculous that you're paying about $60 -$100 starting a month for an individual phone plan - much more for family etc. - and companies want to squeeze you for another $5 dollars because you're using a watch instead of your phone but you're not using both at the same time - not two different numbers. Now if it was a $5 separate plan for the watch with its own number that would be a bargain. ...

I agree and while I posted this elsewhere it applies here because it agree strongly with what you wrote. I need extended batteries and I need the ability to replace batteries once they have gone down the 30% a year they die through normal use. I don't want to have to ship my phone off or pay special technician money to replace a battery that is a standard stock battery. I also don't like the design of the phone where ...
