Cannot register my HTC Thunderbolt with Tracfone
I recently purchased a 4G LTE phone activation kit from Tracfone. When I tried to set up my HTC Thunderbolt (formerly a Verizon phone) I got the error message, "We are unable to process your transaction at this time. Please call our Customer Care Center at 1-800-867-7183." Customer service was absolutely useless. Have you experienced this? I am sure that I typed the IMEI right, I also tried the MEID, and I tried it multiple times on multiple devices. ...
