Have you actually owned/used one of these units? I had the same opinion before I bought both a capivate and the epic. JMO, but it's not the bigness of the phone as much as how big it feels. The original moto.vzw droid; to me felt "big" still does, as someone had one yesterday, and made me very happy with my captivate. The epic also feels big, but I like the keyboard, sometimes. I can remember saying less than ...

sorry, somehow I missed the reply. I am near Knoxville tn and since the original posting, I have talked with everyone at cingular, c/s, tech svc, and finally a v/p who was really the only one honest enought to admit what was occuring, and he also gave me 500 minutes for the previous years overbilling. To recap, any time anyone rings any line on my account, either from a landline, another cingular phone, anytime, day or night, there will ...

No this isn't what's happening. It happens when no forwarding is programmed. If my phone is called from say a vzw phone, it rings 2x;there is a peak minute charged. When I use my fast forward option, which I normally do, the call isn't even listed on the account. I assure yuo what I discribed is happening. But if you think about it, most cell phones users answer their phone if it rings, so it is ...

Unanswered calls billed as peak??? Is it just my account.

For some time (about a year), I have noticed calls from my other non cingular phones, listed as incoming peak billed minutes--. I didn't really think that much about it, as I will occassioanlly call from any phone to another phone, just to check ring volumn etc--So over the last 2-3 weeks, I have taken care to notice when I do this and make a note when the call was made, and if it was answered or not, and it ...

I have two lines with verizon, one never had any serious problems; the other line, seems nothing but problems--it's as if the c/s group associated with that troubled line have mental problems--most of them seem to have an attitude (a bad one)--fortunately, If i continue to call back I have eventually been able to get one who both seems to be able to hear, think and help. IMHO, verizons c/s is certainly on the decline. The network is still the ...

I have both sanyo and samsung handsets, I am only aware of the *travel charger* for them, and they are *different*. I have also bought several of the ebay chargers and found them to be okay--the only catch is the high shipping charge, but I have noticed lately, some are as cheap as a $1 or less, and yuo can get two almost for the price of a single, which I have done, so now that I have ...

Re: Sanyo RL 7300

Bought one, used for 1 day, same as my 5400, which is great phone--I really only wanted the darker color, no problem with the 7300. I have seen mention of poor speaker etc, but I have not noticed this with eithe the 5400, 5500 or the 7300. The 7300 is slightly larger than the others due to the extra *padding*, and I guess it is toughrer than the 5400, but the 7200 appears more so. No big news here; ...

Re: Sanyo 5500 Battery life

are you by any chance in a weak signal area--? The battery life on my 5400 is really bad when hunting for a signal, in any case I got one of the bigger batteries from ebay, and really helped- However, I believe that I did read on some other forum of some defective 4500's with poor battery life, and were replaced.
