I had the same exact issue when I had Cingular. It has something to do with the frequencies or something like that. Someone explained it to me a long time ago. But yes, it is definitely the phone.

You nailed it perfectly! They should have had shown the people in the movie "Idiocracy" using verizon phones with the stupid UI, it would have fit perfectly with the theme: "dumbing of America."
And as for the other point, I have been trying to figure out myself from the conception of this hideous UI, why people would bother or even get excited about new phones coming out, when they all look the same?!?!

The ill feelings are soo misguided. The phone ITSELF is awesome...it's what Verizon does to the phone internally that kills it and makes it no fun. Who cares about a new phone if the OS is the same in all of them???? There's no point to buying a new one! :roll:

This is what I can't figure out how to do. All the conversions work fine, but I don't know how to get all the vob files into one avi divx, avi, or mpeg4 file...can you help me??

Thanks for the responses. I am using Super to convert the movies, and I am also using a dvd decrypter, but like I said, when the conversion is finished, I am left with about 10 different files which I can't turn into one that will continuously play. Anybody know a way around this? And also, why would the sound be in Spanish?

Ok, I have gone through every posting there is on this site and I still can't get a full dvd onto my card. When I put a dvd movie on the card, it is in chapters, which last about 10 mins each, so I can't just watch the whole movie from beginning to end. Also, for some reason the audio is in Spanish. I did everything according to your instructions but when I get to the part "drag and drop your video file" nothing happens. I decrypted a dvd and it saved to my hard drive. When I try to drop the folder into the "drop multimedia file here" area, nothing happens. Can you please clarify how do I get the dvd movie on my computer, and then onto the program to convert???
