T-mobile was getting a lot of returns for this phone, it might have given some problems, but most of the times it has a lot to do with the person who carries it. Im a t-mobile rep. and i have no problems with mine, everyone knows that it has a slight delay, but other than that i havent had any problems with it. If you drop your phone 20 times a day it is only fair you have problems ...
