Follow these steps: 1. Kick your sister in the butt and tell her to stop. 2. Call back to Customer Care because it can be done. 3. Do not hang up off the phone with them until you test out from your phone to check and see if text messaging is actually disabled.

I've been shopped multiple times and 4 out of those 5 times, I spotted them right away. They just seem too weird the way they kind of prod their questions at you and just the way they look around and at the end (we didn't use to wear name tags) they would always ask for a business card with my name. In my experience, regualar customers rarely do that.

I would definately go elsewhere. Unless, you activate with the Indirect dealer, maybe do a follow-up/escalation request, get the activation fee waived and you *might* make enough in commission to make up the $50 difference? Is that a possibility?

We have that ability as a 3rd party but of course, then we have to ship the phone to them from the VAD warehouse, so technically it's not even coming from our physical stock, you know?
