these phones are amazing... but why do cellular companies choose to make a phone in just one service type... why not make each model in both gsm and cdma?.. would be great to have this on sprint

so if i got a verizon phone.. unlocked it.. could i use it on a sprint network?.. especially with their evdo power vision network?.. or do i have to wait till sprint comes out with newer cdma evdo phones on their own network?.. i hate my a900

if this phone is CDMA.. couldn't it be used on a sprint network? would this be true with any cdma phone?...

just wonderin what the best format for ringtones is for the razr... most ringtones i make are 400 to 800 kb and in mp3 format.. i want to keep them as clear and loud as possible and was wondering if there's another format to use or a way to convert them so they take up less space when i upload them to my phone thanks
