I live in Bristol CT. And I have had the vx6100 and got ok service and then the vx9800 and it was worse. I'm am thinking about this phone. My sister has a Razr also on Verizon and has never had a problem with reception. Does anyone know if this phone gets god reception in the Bristol-Southing-Waterbury-West Hartford Area?

Picture Effects...
My friend just got this phone and wanted to me to post a thread, because neither of us can find the picture effects, which there are, because she said she found them once and forgot how to do it...anyone know?
Dirty Screen?
The inside screen gets scratched because dirty gets under the hinge, and when I close the phone the bottom of the inside screen has scratches all along it.
Anyone have this same issue?

That's a Problem with the keypad, same thing happened to my sister, with a number 7, and she had to call and get a new one. They didn't charge her the 50.00 deductible, is under warranty.

OK so im in the Verizon store the other day....
And I was looking at the vx8100 which is basically the same phone with out the key bored, and I'm looking at it and it has V cast Music on it. Well I bought my "V" In December of last year..so its somewhat an "original" and I was wondering if there is a firmware update to make it V cast Music compatible.

I have the v190 by moto and it have pretty good battery life
but im not comparing it to the razr
becuase mine has no camera bluetooth and has a somewhat small screen
im just saying out of all the crappy motos
the v190 is really good

OK so I'm sitting at my computer or w/e and I get a call and it sounds like Morse code is coming though my speakers...this happens when ever any of my friends with either Cingular..or Sprint I THINK might be T-Mobile are near any Speakers or anything...just wondering if anyone knew what caused this..im not saying its a bad thing..it's just weird...

In my oppion you should go for a LG I have had like 4 of them and never a problem with them...but some people have all these problems..I dont know...I guess it depends.

Knock off Battery?
So like my sister had the 6100 and it broke and when she got a new one it wasn't like a LG battery it was some knock off and it wouldn't hold a charge very well. Did this happen to anyone else?

Well I was on the verizon website getting the pink razr for my sister..and i saw that under the list of features for this phone was vz navigator...and when i asked the lady at the store she said that was wrong...can anyone conferm this?....oh one more thing...i was looking at the "call your songs" thing..and like the 8100 and a 950 have it but not the 9800?! thats crap i paid an arm and a leg for this phone ...

Yes im back to annoy you with more dumb questions...now tell me...I bought a staero 3/34 to 1/8 head phone adapter so i could listen to the MP3's on a normal head phone set...now when I put it in sounds only comes out of one speaker...did I get screwed at radio shack or with the phone becuase its a stereo phone..hense the stereo speakers inside it...could someone help me.

no no no if you want to turn on the flash you hit 3 or if the phone is open you hit f. My problem is that I cant get my camera to zoom in. The manual sayes to hit the left to right button but that doesnt seem to work :cry:
