one thing with prepaid you dont pay the high taxes like postpay does.also prepay phones run less than full retail.not quite the prices of postpay 2 year prices but not full retail. usually runs half of retail.or around 50.00 more than 2 year prices. this is by prices i have got phones at for prepay.

just for update.changed over from prepay to postpay on my prepay and daughters line.got to keep all 141.00 had on my line.is being credited to my new account. so will be january before i will have to make a payment. got free activation on both lines to family shareplan got.

see if there is a way to turn phones radio off and turn wifi on. then you will need to enter your wifi info- security or access code. verizon has some phones/smartphones with wifi, but you have to turn phone radio off to use the wifi,if not it only connects to there data system and charges for it. but as for you using the wifi,you most likely just need to get the right access info for your home wifi.

billing system still extends the credit on new system. reps have to change it back to what it should be. so dont be giving out false info. that is part of sprints problems, lie to every one on things. then customer has to fight to get the problem straightned out.which can take weeks since customer service gives the run around.

CalifOkie: didnt you say in your original post that the mother set up time on line. if so there is were the problem is.she didnt uncheck the keep card on record button. then when you call to make a payment,the card is on record to use,with out having to put it in again to use. there is were the problem is. but it is overall the mothers fault for getting the daughter a phone.
