I actually had a customer call in today and ask about "those phones that fit around the ear" I asked if she meant a bluetooth headset. She said "I don't care what color they are, I want a phone that fits around my ear" I told her they are just headsets. She got all disappointed and said "you mean i have to still have the phone with me to use it?" I said yes. When I got off the ...

There is an issue with the battery door not staying shut or flying off the phone. It looks like a great phone, but watch out for that battery door 8O

Why are you giving out that information? You don't even know why someone wants the unlock code. Not to mention the fact it's against policy.

When you take the cultural surveys, on the INSIDE, your coach and managers (along with a bar code toward the bottom at the back) name are there. So think about it... if there are (for example) 10 people on a given team, it's not difficult to narrow things down. No? Think about it. Aw. You like me. You really like me. You called me princess. :p I looked on the inside of my survey, sweetie and I saw nothing like that there. ...

Truthfully, I don't see what you see. I have several friends here that refelect the same feelings I have for the company. Every day, I work under a coach that works for the customer. I have seen him send cusotmers phones when they've been jerked around from other retail stores and told there is no way they will recieve a phone...because we feel that this company is about the customers. I get coached, not to numbers, ...

It's lime. My favorite flavor. Seriously though, I don't understand why people are freaked out by this. I've already had customers tell me that they like the family plans.

Oh, I dunno. I smell a liar if you ask me. I think you were booted out on your butt and are just bitter about it. As for the surveys, I think you're just smoking crack. I have never seen ANY identification information on my surveys. I bet you won't last long at your new job with that attitude of yours. Have a good night, Sparky. :D

Actually, on the single line plans you keep the call me minutes and can gain the unlimited night and weekend minutes. With the family plans you can pay for the call me minutes, but gain unlimited night and weekend minutes and unlimited mobile to mobile minutes. I think the best parts of the plan are the stackable roaming minutes and the fact that the night and weekend and the call me minutes travel. You can buy stackable roaming ...

I don't get to see the rebate form. Here in the call center, I don't get advanced warning of the new phones. I MAYBE get a day or two ahead of the phone actually being released. Most of the time, I don't hear about it untill it gets released or is on phonescoop. It may be different for agents or people who work in retail, but I am in the call center.

I just chalk it up to being disgruntled. Either they didn't get enough coffee, :paranoid: or someone just doesn't like US Cellular. *shrug* Who knows. I refuse to allow myself to be freaked out over something that will actually benefit our user base. :D

Uh, no it isn't. I learn about the new phones about the same time the customer does. Maybe earlier if I look at phonescoop and even the phones listed as tentative for us in phonescoop aren't guarenteed to come out to the customer.

Wow. Doomsday. *checks* Yup. Still here. :) Looks like the company didn't fold overnight. I'm actually pretty psyched about the price plans. I think that this price plan won't just benefit the midwest, but the entire country, as the call me minutes and the n/w minutes travel now on the nat'l plans. Oooo..doomsday came and went and I missed it. :P

Hey Sparky, you still didn't respond to my post. The surveys have your name on the outside, but on the inside, it's annonymous. You still haven't responded to that. Voluntarily resigned. As in politely asked to hand in your badge and not escorted out the door?

Wow. You don't sound like someone with an axe to grind. Nope, not at all...I'm even amazed at your lack of bitterness. It's almost commendable. My cultural survey had my coaches name and my name on the oustside. When I finished my survey, I threw that envelope away, and there were no identifiers on the survey itself or the envelope that I sealed it in. My guess? Okay, I'm sorry she told you that. As far as I know we aren't getting it, but even if we were, we wouldn't/shouldn't say anything because of the testing process, it's not certain we'll get any phone untill it actually shows up. Sorry about that.

If you're looking for a phone without a camera, I would recommend the nokia 6019i. Simply because nokias rock. I've never had a problem with a nokia. I am partial to my LG 6100 so I would recommend the LG 4400, because I've had friends who've used it and said it worked great.
