Verizon is known for the worst phones in the market. Why would palm want to take a chance knowing that?
For all I know Verizon passed on the iPhone and passed on the Pre. Now Verizon is going to get the Pre next year anyway.

Emergency services already use Nextel why would they switch? Sprint wants to build out the network more and make it more reliable IMO. So if it works already why switch? OH I KNOW because they already researched other companies and said NEXTEL is the BEST choice for us.

How are you doing with the new 5 or fail system? I few as though I am selling the survey more than anything sprint has to offer. I fell that the numbers are skewed because even if a customer is unhappy we still ask him or her to give us a five because that survey will affect our pay.
A good example is our store. Advanced Exchange. Customers have a phone that is messing up and want one that ...

I love my blackberry! I have owned the touch diamond, the htc touch, htc mogul, treo 800w etc. None of the phones are as good as the blackberry IMO. Win6.1 is slow and just doesn't seem as stable as the blackberry os. and the battery life on the blackberry outlasts all the pda phones I have used in the past.

If you do it like our store you will see a huge increase. Try taking an over the phone sales course. Our store see tons of called in customers every month. We usually close 60% of who we call.

Someone on this forum said that we could have lost a lot of customers to the iPhone, Nextel merger. Our second Quarter results showed we improved on our churn.
I have no idea why VZW has so many addons you tell us. I would suspect the advertising. People buy into the whole "It's the network" That is a damn catchy.

Often times virgin and helio have been rated higher than sprint in call quality when both compaines use SPRINT towers.
