Ah yes.... And I made sure when we were told to use them today that I went through every question with the customers because we are told there will be disciplinary action if they are not completed properly.... I then gave the customers the comment cards to express their opinion to the company. They came in to pay their bill and had to stay another 5min for this form. What a joke. Please go with the coporate store. We see so many issues for customers who purchase at an agent location. They end up with charges on their bill that were not explained. Radio Shack has it's own insurance that can not be used in the Sprint service and Repair centers and this has caused several issues because they were not explained properly how it works. I have seen accounts so messed up that they were considered a fraud account and shut ...

I know and agree. We have lost one tech, our RSM and his assistant and the assistant manager unless he wants to be a lead rep. We were told recently that in May we will lose our last tech will be gone because they are bringing in an independently owned service center. There are several dealers in the area so the retail employee's probably are not far behind. We all may as well face the facts.... Sprint is leaning more ...

:lol: Yeah that's what I heard too. Who comes up with these idea's anyway!?!?!? I would love to see them work on the retail floor on a busy day and do these things that they are telling us to do from their nice quiet cushy office.......

It was supposed to be a selling tool. But if you are doing your job, you are already offering additinal services, features, accessories, etc. All it does it aggravate the customer by telling them they have to fill this thing out every time they come in the store and it takes an additional 10 min to get them out when they are only paying a bill because you are supposed to look at what plan they are on, when ...

Yes, I do fit in fine. I have been with them over a year and make far more than what you stated. Besides, those long lines are for the repairs needed on the Nextel handsets.

Oh my gosh you just made my day! I love when they say well so and so at Cust serv said this and you have to do it. You look on the notes in the account and nobody has been in the account for 6 months!

8) Um... I like nascar and I am white but certainly NOT white trash! I was never into it until I went to a race with my husband. From the point on I have become a nascar fan. So my answer to the original question is yes, I am doing the power picks....

I agree however everything is such a mess with the nextel merger and all that has to be done to get it completed. Nothing is simple right now.... at least in the retail world.

:o Oh my gosh considering everything we are going through righ now with the the terminating of employee's, hiring freezes, changing to the ensemble billing system for all customers, the powersource phones and the usual every day stuff, that would be a night mare! Another day, another time.... maybe.

When I played with the one in our store yesterday, you can change it to just ABC in your text options to manually enter your words just like the A900.
