I am having similar issues. I just got mine yesterday and 2 out of the 4 calls i made last night I was unable to end. I ending up just powering the phone off because I was holding the end button so long. Also I am trying to get my work emails forwarded to my phone. Does anyone know what I need to do to create an address I can get my emails sent to. Any help would be ...

:o Better camera during the day!!! Don't try talking any pics at night...it doesn't have a flash. AND IT IS SOOOOO SLOW. I thought I would like it so I got one last week let just say my RMA kit is on its way.

there's a $500 cap but most of the time it's only $250 for a write off account

You will have to pay off what you owe Sprint before coming back. Most likely if your account in in write off you will have a deposit as well.

Haven't heard anything either. Sprint has only mentioned carrying 3 new Motorola's, (SLVR, KRZR and RAZR). No Q unfortunately.

They do need to run your credit (credit scan). Sprint and Nextel deposits are different. But are correct about the upgrade policy. If you are eligible for the discount you can apply it to either the old Nextel account or start new account with Sprint and use the discount to purchase a Sprint phone.

OK smarty pants. LOL His question was simple. Should he choose a 8400 or a Razr. He did not post asking what phone he should choose for Sprint's line up. He has obviously narrow them down himself base on what he wants.

Well taking into consideration that they both pretty much have the same features other than ReadyLink (which who uses RL anymore). I think the Razr looks better. The 8400 looks cheap. There is an issue with the back battery cover falling off when using a holster cause the customer to lose their battery even the entire phone. I would buy the Razr over the 8400 any day even if it is made by SANYO.

Not sure why?? However you do have the option of paying the walk in fee of $15-$35-$55 to fix your phone if you don't want to deal with the manufacturer. After you have paid the service fee you can add Service and Repair to your plan for $3 a month.

Every rep with every company is ENCOURAGED to increase revenue. DUH!! All reps are paid commission based on that with whatever company you work for.

Yes. Really!! As far as the reps automatically adding things, reps can add whatever they want. And that goes for all reps with all companies. You can't blame Sprint for that. That is the rep not the company.

I know Sprint is going to launch 3 Motorola phones early November. The MOTOKRZR, The MOTORAZR and The MOTOSLVR. I know what model the MOTOKRZR and MOTOSLVR are but what model RAZR are they going to carry. I am asking because some have memory card slots and some don't.

The faceplate just makes it look ever more cheap. I think it is a total waste of money.

Just got the 8400 in today and boy does it look CHEAP!!! Looks kind of like the 2400 with a camera and feels like the Motorola C290. What a piece!!!! I am soo dissappointed.

I have never seen that issue however that is not to say it is not common. May sure you have the most recent software and if it is not happening anymore than I think you will be ok.

If you have your phone set on powersave mode the phone will not update the time unless it's in use to conserve it's battery life. Moving thru the menu the phone also will responds really slow when in powersave mode. So i figured I would ask if you had it set.
