Texas, A couple of questions on this.. I went through the same thing when Vista came out. Did you have Vista or XP before Windows 7? Your Java is probably fine along with the sig pad. I am thinking that the driver for sig pad to make it work with eROES is not correct for Windows 7. It took like 6-8 months to get it working correctly for Vista if I remember right.. And BTW..the eROES folks will tell you that its your ...

I had heard a "rumor" that we are supposed to be able to get all the phones that Verizon is getting new.. I can't confirm that though...

pdajr24, The only website I have seen for upcoming phones is phonearena.com. I just checked Saturday and there is nothing new. With the advent of the AT&T buyout I can't imagine what new phones would be released to us in the future..

my bad..I forgot.. with the tethering feature its just a feature add on..no contract, no activation fee, or any of that..it can be added over the phone and removed at anytime with no fees..

depends on what phone..its $30 a month if you currently have a smartphone (blackberry, treo, HTC, Omnia, Saga, etc)..if not then its the same as the air card $59.99.. 5gb of data...same as the air card no minutes usage data call disconnected when a voice call comes in. session is restarted when you reconnect.. Slower than air card too..

texas.... has AT&T offered you to be one of their test stores for iphone sales? makes you wonder what Steve Jobs and AT&T have on the backside for them to be only sold through direct stores.. I just can't see anyone (if the indirect channel gets them) buying one at $600 to $800 on a contract. Only way to make enough to pay out the commissions on them..not enough accessory sales to offset that..

not in this market.. We are part of the divested group that was created... and on your other post here..99% of the customers that come here to pay their bills don't buy anything from us. They don't want to wait at the Corporate store..

Menno, we use eWave (I work for an Alltel agent)..I can only look up one line at a time and no billing info..

Avaness, the online system that we use doesn't let us see that and 99% of the customers don't have their account set up online..and the way the online site works is faster to call and get the total..

We take payments in store as do most of you.. However, with this lovely system that we use we CANNOT look up any billing information.. Why do customers come and say "I need to pay my bill" and they DON'T know what their bill is or never bring the bill with them..It means a 5 minute phone call to get their damn total and another 5 minutes in the system to get their account number and crap to post their payment.. Can ...

I work for an alltel agent directly and we would be part of the buyout from Verizon. A member of our team went to a meeting this week and the powers that be told her that indirect agents can't/don't sell the IPhone only the direct channel does.. AT&T is just now getting into this area and there isn't a store for me to visit.. Can someone shed some light on this?

I currently work for a provider that is part of a buyout scenario.. The COR process is done via fax machine. Fill out the form and then fax it to the right department.. The right department does not contact the agent or agent office if there is a problem and you have to keep faxing it in until they get it processed.. I started the process on one just before I went on vacation (9-23-09). NEVER got done..customer finally cancelled the process..when ...
