also, unlike the 6102s and other nokia models, the 6133, 6131 and the 6126 are not easy to unlock! so make sure you get one that is UNLOCKED already, or you are sure you can get it unlocked.

my phone was not completely shutting off, it was just blacking out and then going back to the main menu screen anytime that i tried to send a picture. i did a "reset to factory setting" and that did the trick.

is there any chance that you had a wallpaper set from a micro sd chip, that you removed? because if you remove the chip, you have to reset anything like wallpapers and ringtones.
hope thats the case...an easy fix. if not, you may have a bigger prob.

How did you do that? Did you get it unlocked first? Or did updating the firmware flash all of the software and unlock it as well? or was it an unbranded, unlocked 6131? can you send and receive mms? ....and last question....do you now also have the nokia presenter program on your 6131?

the suggestion is to let your phone die completely, three times. each time it dies, then gove it a full charge. that's called "seasoning" your battery. so don't charge the battery when you first get it. let it die, then charge it. (3x)
as for the sound of the phone, it's great. my aunt has a krzr and this sounds just as good and loud as that. nice and loud little speaker. it isn't stereo though, but still sounds good. ...

you know i had trouble sending pics and vids. i took back the phone and got it exchanged for another new 6126. no more trouble. then i got a second 6126. (the 1st one was for my wife.) then i had the same problem again! i just entered the code and did a factory reset, then no more problemo! i've been sending pics and vids all the time. makes me wonder if that was all i needed to do ...

yes, to both questions about the camera (and power button). you can also set the delay time for how long it takes the phone keys to lock.
and yes, to the bluetooth and the closing the phone question. i do it all the time!

so far the reception seems fine to me. i would say it seems SLIGHTLY weaker than my 6102i, but still in the great category.

well now let's talk about the battery life!
i'm waiting for it to hit the stores, but for you guys that are on top of your orders, let us know how the battery life is on the n75. i've been checking the battery life of the 6126 today by running the music player and other stuff, and talking on the phone. so far so good. after 2 1/2 hours of running the music player, the battery just came off of the full indicator and went to 3/4 ...
