well if you union the callcenter just takes its computer pays 1000.00 for rent, pays movers to move the computer to another city or/and moves the jobs to india or malaysia. either way you get no raise.

:D So this guy calls in and wants credit because he went over min in his plan for the third month in a row this tome only by 40 bucks or so. He escalated to our res then to me screaming that he has been a loyal customer for 20 year with att and if we dont give him credit he will cancel this line his home line and 4 other wireless lines he has with us for ...

:( Ok so I take an escalated care call the customer is calling in because he is disputing calls made to Jamacia on his bill.. I and the previous rep and the res specialist have al lchecked the billing system and his IMEI and SIM are verified on the call first he said he lost the phone but got it back later that day :( . Ok that may be plausible now as I listen to this ...

Howdy I work for Cingular care as a manager and I keep hearing that other carriers charge customers to speak to customer care anywhere from 1$ to 5$ is this true? :o If not then count me gullible because the way the American big business is going it I believe it may be can you guys set me straight? I would like to know. Thanks EH! :)

WOW I am embarassed by the responses to this posting :oops: if you want opinions and maybe a little help you can email me cingularrobot1@hotmail.com :) 8) I probably wont be able to help you same day but I check that email at least once a day I some times give it to customers as well. I am a manager in care.

Hey lets as Bob the cingular customer to talk to Stan sig... I mean satan if he would condone this thing.. :twisted: I personally would not credit an etf unless it was a horible mistake cingular made I think in the last 4 yrs taking escalated calls for my reps I have given maybe 6 and most of those were to be cancelled within 30 days buyers remorse but customer took equip back to store and they did not ...

I hate it when the dealers call cust care for cingular to get discounts on phones for customers that do not qualify. For cingular if a cust contract term is not met he must pay retail price and get the phone where? at a retail outlet! :evil: not customer care. We cannot give him discounted prices. Do your job so you loose the commission on activating the number you still get something for hte phone

I remember one guy who called last week and escalated to me becasue he wanted a free razr I spent an hour on the phone with him explaining that in August last year we gave him a free panasonic phone retail over 300 dollars, that broke and he called again in February and got a discounted Nokia with contract and now you want a free razr? :lol: But sir you have been a customer with us for 8 ...
