T-Mobile, I'm gonna go way back and nominate the Motorola C332 (circa 2003 if I remember correctly). The phone was notorious for bad battery life, or no battery life. Since the battery was built into the phone itself, if you needed a new battery, you had to replace the entire phone. I used to work for T-Mobile Customer Service at the time, and would receive TONS of calls for exchanges and complaints on that phone.

Funny thing you should say that. I actually did go out on a date with the girl I mentioned (yeah, I like big girls) and her job is where people call her 900# whenever wherever. I'm curious as to WHY they would rather trade this off to Verizon who would have to convert the network and phones from GSM to CDMA, resulting in what I would think would be a huge pain in the arse for all, why T-Mobile wasn't offered or picked up on the deal? I would think that would have been a much easier alternative and transition... ...but like one of the other posters said, T-Mobile might be too broke to ...
