Thats the old SBC I liked! Howeever, whats the harm in keeping it free (or at least under $5) if it helps customer retention and expanding revenue. This could become extremely lucrative if business have AT&T landlines and cingular mobile phones for employees.

yes, the main goal was a stricly wireline deal that will eventually spread to all SBC entities (like cingular). I doubt this will happen soon tho.

SBC has been in talks with the government since Jan 31st getting AT&T. Even longer just talking with AT&T. Therefore, I find it difficulat to beleive that after spending more money than any other company in the world on advertising (yes, even budweiser), Cingular would be reverted back to AT&T immediately.

As everyone knows (or at least should know) the Firefly came out on Cingular. At first I thought, "Smart Move" but now i'm wondering why parents would buy this, when a 6010 is free.
and if the kids have the capability to use it as a normal phone, the parents can save cash and cut the home phone and move their plan higher with cingular. I dunno if its a shot in the foot or not, ...

First Radio Shack, and now Voce. The trend is to move toward cingular for your carrier needs. Sprint is also doing well with Helio, qwest, cox, timewarner, comcat, turner, and plenty of regional carriers (and radio shack also sells sprint) I guess Verizon is out of it again

the z520 feels like it'll break, but all around i'd give it a 8.5
ps, regular shmoes cant just go buy the white version because its still classified for only the deaf with a software change (and i have a model that isnt for the deaf so its true that they can be had, but its quite difficult)

thats just the res the camera has, vga. basically, the screen res is so good that the camera cant fill it up with the inexpensive vga cam. its screen res is the same as a treo 650, kinda tough to do. i'll gladly deal with white lines for that screen tho

w600i is an easy one. The s710 is out the door to make way already.
SLVR could be out by then but they're being as tight liped about this as they were the rokr. they dont want an outbreak of info like they had on the v3i and e1070(v3x)
speaking of which, i apologize but the 1070 wont make the cut. it technically still has a chance but an extremely slim chance

Anyone care to guess at em? I'll begin and tell you that the zx10 will be here (remember three weeks ago when i told ya) and hopes are high for the v3i, and maybe the blue razr but i doubt the blue. also look for the 6030

concensus is q1 2006, rumor has it as umts/hsdpa capable. i'm sure a few of you have also seen the phone out there with our branding. not the best hiding job.

i beleive that blue and pink are going tmo, but if i wasnt paying attention and cingy gets the blue, thats great! i just assumed they were hand in hand and cingy was turned off by the pink so i assumed blue went too. hope i'm wrong.

that is pretty nice to put it in the shirt pocket, i must agree. but ya, the v3x isnt called razr for a reason, it isnt thin like a razr. but i dont think the thin feel is comfortable in my hand. i like the size and feel of samsungs personally, but if i had a choice with the same features and price, i'd probably take the thin one too.
