I think its comical that people actually think Sprint will be able sustain unlimited data plans. Just like with their mobile broadband services, they will go tired. Spectrum deficiency isn't just a Verizon or AT&T problem. When AT&T first switched away from unlimited plans, Verizon marketed the fact they still offered it..... Sprint is doing the same and will eventually move to tiered plans, specially if their "good guy" approach works.

You probably didn’t quit, your As* was probably fired because you couldn’t sell worth shi*! Any company that large is going to have trouble with communicating perfectly with every one of its employees. Also certain policies or methods differ in each channel, which is why you may sometimes be given different information. However, I am sure they are working on developing better ways of communicating through all channels, to create an overall better customer experience.

I can back up what Data king is saying. if you are on an old plan, or using your cell phone to access the dial up network chances are you wont be billed. HOWEVER if you are using a PDA there HAS TO BE some sort of data package added. I tried to download this from me device and everything went fine, then when i tried to run the program, it said it was not a valid Pocket PC program, or something like that. Am i doing something wrong? or is there anywhere else you can find this free software?

Well I am with you guys,that the BT will be cripples, however, there my be a glimmer of hope, on the VZW page that talks about the phone, it does, talk about BT, and its capability to connect to your computer. So until its released I dont think we will be 100% sure.

Be carefull with teathering. VZW is constantly looking at accounts to find people who are teathering. i did it for a while, and got a call from them. Didnt think anything of it, until the shut all my data features off! Had to call back and beg them to put it back on. So you may be able to get by for a while but just a heads up!
QPST.....WHERE?
Can anyone help me out, i had the 8000 and used BitPIm for it and now the 8100 that i have does nto work with same program, and I have heard some good things about Qpst, anyone have an oppion on which one works best, and if bitpim, what can i do to get it working. Sorry if this sounds stupid, i am kind of new to all this, thanks for everyone's help.

Hey everyone, just got the vx8100 upgraded from the 8000 and am new to the site. Wanted to know if anyone has figured out how to use media from the card as ringtones or to be used with the buttons on the front of the phone. Any other features that you may have unocked would be great to know too. thanks for everyoknes help.
