Exactly. I'm an agent and I often wish that there was one universal Verizon training for everybody. We have it here, but I can't count how many people come in here after talking to agent X elsewhere and having to sort through everything they've been told that makes no sense whatsoever. It's basically relearning them everything. That's my job, sure, but a lot of customers have this info in their minds that simply isn't true, ...

Man that sucks. Hate to hear you had to take it back. It's unfortunate, but hopefully it is something that LG will correct soon. As far as the low sound on Verizon's end, I think it's fairly common that they are difficult to hear. Every single time we call them here at work to get help, we always have to turn up our phone volume. That's not just on cells either, it's our land-line. ...

Too right nizzle. You've got to consider all that you've got in that one tiny little package. If you were to carry around a phone, an mp3 player and a video camera, then I think it would weigh more than what this phone will. :roll: It will be mine. Oh yes... :twisted:

Very, very well said. I heard that the phone would be available around October of this year, but do like I did and take that with a grain of salt.
That last statement is so true. Enjoy having the latest and greatest right now. I always say, 5 years from now we will all be laughing at the phones that we think are so great today.

Nope, it's just a gimmick that really has no affect on the phone. Although some people swear by them, I have NEVER, ever, ever, ever seen one to actually work on any phone.

Exactly. I have noticed this as well and did some research. The majority of the bad reviews praise Motorola and the 815, and after looking at the user info, I noticed that several have the exact same writing style, exact same join date but different user names. It's the same people resigning up under different names and giving the 8100 bad reviews and yet again praising the 815. Some the of the writing styles are ...

Pretty sharp-looking phone. I like the fact that it can play MP3 ringtones as well. Have to wait and see what kind of reviews this one gets, but so far looks to be another solid LG.

Wow. What does that have to do with anything? The guy has every right to complain about what was being hyped up before release, only to get cut in the final release.

Moto is leagues better than LG ever thought of being! Motorola's the only ones smart enough to make their charge ports different from everyone else's. This eliminates the need to second guess which charger is the correct one for your phone, since they're all the same... :roll: :roll: :roll:

Good question, I have been wondering about this myself. From what I've heard so far, it is possible, but certain brands work better than others. This is all through word of mouth. Anyone have an exact answer?

Yeah, I don't know why everyone gets so worked up about it. I get mine for around $25 after my discount. Of course, I am a Verizon Agent, so... :P
