The not being able to hear it is the same exact problem I had and is why I got rid of mine. It's not that you arent hearing it, the phone doesn't ring. Mine would just light up and not make any noise from time to time...I can't tell you how many calls I missed. This is a terrible phone. :x

Well if you use the video or camera for an hour straight, then yes, your battery will drain. It has a speakerphone and despite some of the things I have read, speakerphone volume is really good. The ringtones are super loud and clear. I have only had the phone for 3 days and I can honestly say it's one of the best phones I've ever had. The size really isn't bad. Everyone I've shown ...

I LOVE this phone. I am a 20 yr. old girl who talks on it constantly and I don't have any battery problems. The ringtones are clear, the covers you can interchange are cute, and I just got rid of a motorola...get this phone! :D

After reading all of these reviews I understand that I will need a USB cable in order to do the cool things. But, do I need software on the computer to send songs from my computer to my phone and to edit themes? I am so confused on what it is that I will need.
Voicemail Notification
I just got this phone yesterday. When someone leaves me a voicemail it says so when I open it, but after that notification there's no way of knowing if I have a voicemail. On my old Motorola V400, an envelope remained at the top until I checked it. Does this phone not have anything like that?
How does this work?
As of now, this phone is only available on the internet. I am elgible for an upgrade, so if I buy this phone off the cingular webpage, how does it work getting activated, my SIM card, etc.? Is it all set up when it gets sent to me?
Photo Caller ID
Can you see the photo caller ID when the phone is closed or only when it's opened?
