I got a Storm about two weeks ago . At first I also hated it and almost returned it. I replaced a Curve (great BB ). Well to make the long story short I hung in there with the Storm and now I love it. It did take quite awhile to get used to it. The Keyboard is a little different , but with a little practice it becomes usable. Also if you close each application it works ...

Wow ,just installed google Maps on my Storm. I had to go to the web to get the link sent to my Blackberry storm. Then it was easy to install. It seems like a good application. The price is also right. Free :D :D

There are setting you can adjust to store messages longer. You need to check all the menus and get to know your way around. :)

I had the same problem. After removing the battery and reinstalling it the problem cleared. I swapped the phone out anyway and so far so good. Did you have to delete and re config. you email accounts? I did . :roll:
I hope this is not a on going problem!! I do like the way this Blackberry works and hope to keep it. :)

Got my Curve yesterday need Help
Most of the time I just lurk , but now I need help. This is my first smart phone and I am having trouble learning how to set ring and and vibrate as well as getting incoming messages email etc. to give me a sound alert. I have tried and can not find the way. Other then that I really like this phone. I also need help on how to install the Opera Min Browser.

The Max works very well. The call quality is clear as can be and the RF is strong. The phone works very quickly except when you text there is a delay before it sends. The battery life is not so good. If you use V Cast it drops quickly. It lasts all day with heavy use. I charge it each night so it really is not a problem.

I just got my new Max Razr and am very pleased . Everything works as promised . I would like to be able to set the Vibrate and then ring ,but have not found a way to do it. That is not a big deal.
Battery life is not so great , but last for a day plus.
All and all this is a terrific phone.

:D You can buy it from Moto for 329.00. The first 200 get a free stereo headset. I just got mine from Verizon N2 for 199.00 after rebate. The phone is greatly improved from the older model. I just brought it home so I have not gotten to set it up yet.

Thanks for your info. I just read the full review and they mentioned that the speaker only works when it is opened. That seems a little weird.
The phone seems to work very well,but I am trying to get used to LG as I had Moto phones before. Things work a bit differently.
On the plus side the Bluetooth worked very well without much trouble. The battery seems to last as well.

Holly Cow !! Your sure are hard on Army. I have Verizon Wireless as well as a business line with T-Mobile.I have found T-Mobile has much cleaner voice clarity then Verizon,however Verizon works in more places.
I would sugest that you find a unlocked phone that has the toys you are looking for and just buy it. If you connect with T-Mobile that stay with them.

My phones have not had any problems. I have two and all is well. I did have a problem with picture messages not sending ,but Verizon tech.support fixed it right up on both of my E 815s.
This is a great phone and I am very happy with them.
The flip hingses are tight ,no creeking,buttons are perfect and the sound is clear.
I think mabe the network is the problem at times for people not getting clear sound.

I had the same problem.I reset the time and it seems to be working fine now.I would bet that Verizon sent a mistaken time update to the phone and that is how the time changed.

V-815 Back on the Verizon Web sight
:) The V-815 is back at the Verizon Web Sight.
I went to the Verizon Service Center and had them check my Software to be sure it was up to date.They treated me in a very professional way. Also theV-815 was being sold in there store. I live in the Central Jersey area. My phones (two) are both working flawlessly. I hope yours are too. :D

Went to the Verizon Center this morning to check if my :) phones have the latest software. From what I understand if it didn't they can update it fore you. My phones were OK and I am having no Problems with them.
